Returns Policy

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If any transit damage has occurred, please take photographs of both the product and packaging and email them to sales@the-carbon-king.com together with your information within 24 hours of receipt.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we agree to refund you in full upon receipt of the returned item (in the same condition it was supplied in including the packaging) or replace it within a period of 14 days by prior agreement.
